Our highly skilled team is composed of a medical doctor, certified home health aides, certified nursing assistants (CNA), baby nurses (doulas), and registered nurses (RN) under the supervision of our Field Nurse Supervisors.

 

All our home health care team members participate in ongoing training, observations, and re-certification. This ensures that families can continue receiving the high quality, compassionate care that Dorson Home Care has built its reputation on.  Many of these trainings are regulated by the New Jersey Board of Nursing and conform to the standards established by the  Commission on Accreditation of Home Care (CAHC ).
