Description of Home Health Service
Dorson’s caring and highly qualified home health aides provide assistance with daily activities and common life tasks. Our specially trained team helps to maintain a safe environment for the patient, while providing help and support in four essential areas:
- Companion Care: home health aides serve as companions and friends to the patients.
- Personal Care: assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Light Housekeeping: including errands, meal preparation, laundry and homemaking tasks.
- Socialization: supportive and caring companionship.
We also provide support to patients in need of disease management programs, post hospitalization care, as well as clinical nurses who are experienced in handling: cardiac, diabetic, pediatric, and wound care.
Dorson Home Care, Inc. stays in compliance with our accrediting body. All of our home health undergo rigorous background checks prior to being hired and accepted into our extensive training program. We are fully licensed by the the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and is accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Home Care (CAHC).
